New install.
When making an outbound call, the CLID shows "Unknown".
I know it is something stupid I am missing.

Larry Neblett It would help to know what type of connection....analog, pri, sip, gsm, etc. and if pbx, ata, gateway.

James Sumner What PBX are you using & if you could answer Larry. As we need a bit more information to provide the required steps to remedy this situation.
This problem can be easily overcome through the PBX setup in your web browser. Might find simply a field is missing. Latest firmware also has more fields.
