Pick up issue between server PBX and Gateway IP Yeastar

Hi,

I have a problem between the configuration for pickup in my server PBX and the voip analog gateway. When I press "#0" on an analog phone, it should pick up the call from another phone that is ringing in that moment, as it's setting in the server PBX. But, nothing happens, The phone cannot answer the call. I checked "basic preferences" and I disabled the option "key as send" because i don't want to match the "#" between gateway and server when the user press "#" to make a call after dial the number. I comment that the server is not Yeastar and I think this makes me have the issue but, I need to figure out.

  Unfortunately, you did not mention the PBX make nor the gateway model. Hard to say if the PBX requires that the pickup be used in a group, if the ringing phone is in a ring group, call queue or other, if the code is actually reaching the PBX, and if so, if the DTMF settings are what the PBX expects to see (RFC, In-band or SIP Info) etc.

   

  If possible, take a capture of a call and then try to pick up the call while the destination is ringing. Once you have tried to pick the call up and without success, end the call stop the capture and post the pcap file. We can see if the DTMF code is reaching the PBX.
