New Grandstream GRP2600 series are carrier-grade IP phones

I have a customer with the new Grandstream GRP2600 series are carrier-grade IP phones. When I go to auto provisioning and scan no phones will show up. They are all on the same subnet as the telephone system. I can manual add but very difficult to manage as I don't see them when scanning the network any Ideas.

Log into the phone web interface and see if LLDP is enabled. I believe that once connected to the network and in receipt of an IP, you can press the up arrow navigation key on the phone and this will display its IP. Once done, then reboot the phone and see if it shows up
