Check voicemail remotely via IVR

Hi,

 

Yeastar Cloud PBX

Software version 81.8.0.11281.8.0.112

Register SIP Trunk

to let a client listen to his voicemail remotely via IVR but it seems not working for me. Enabled user's voicemail. Checked both "dial extensions and dial to check voicemail" checkboxes in the IVR window but after dialing *2 I heard hang up beep tones only. I can't even proceed. Did I miss anything?

I would really appreciate your help.
