Larry Neblett Your post is lacking any detail so, what to suggest is problematic.
What does "it's not leaving" mean?
Does this mean that an inbound call coming into the TA but it is not leaving the TA and getting to the FPBX?
Does this mean that an outbound call is going to the TA, but it is not leaving the TA onto a POTS line?
You have told nothing about the setup and what you have tried so the questions are many. Rather then starting a question and answer period that may go on for some time, please see the following and while not for Fusion or even Freeswitch, it may help you to get started and get it going -

Graham Aker The premise for the sip trunk connection is the network connection.
You can check whether the network between TA device and fusionpbx is available first.
