Feature request S Series and VPBX.
We wold like to have the possibility to send the call to a Outbound route from the IVR and Failover of the Ring Group or Queue, we can make this only in the Inbound Routes.

With regard to the 1st request, you might point the IVR option to a dummy extension that has call forward always set to a custom number. You may also be able to establish the same for the destination of the Q and RG. I have not tried this on the S PBX, but on other systems yes.

Yes, we can use a dummy extension, but this is not that we need.

I understand the need, but what you want is not yet implemented in the PBX and you did not indicate that you were already forced to use dummy extensions to effect a forward, it was a suggestion to get you the functionality in the meantime while, hopefully, Yeastar considers your request and elects to (or not) implement same.
I too would like to have the function as the other systems I work with have exactly what you are requesting.

Thanks for your cooperation, we already use dummy extension but we hope that Yeastar consider our request to implement it, we think that is an interesting feature to have in the Yeastar PBXs.

I found there is an option named Dial Outbound Routes on IVR page, is this what you need?

Yes, I see that you suggest.
But, we like to have the same option that we have in the Inbound Route:
OK, I got you. Yes, to be able to select specific outbound route would be better than just the Dial Outbound Routes option.
