Automatically Change Priority Trunk in Outbound calls

I would like to ask if there is any method to change the priority of trunk in an outbound route ? 
For your help I will give you an example : 
We have three trunks in S-PBX (A,B & C) . Provider give us 1000 minutes free calls per month for all trunks. We have an ''oubound route'' in which put all the trunks with this priority A,B,C. We want when the A trunk arrived in 1000 minutes used , the priority will be cahnged (B,C,A) and so on.

Is there any method make this in S-PBX ?
