The problem is when the wanted person is out and we don't want to loose call.
I'd like to have an event in IVR keypress event to don't loose a call that have no answer after a correct IVR dial.
Could be "TIMEOUT AFTER CORRECT CHOICE NOT ANSWERED", I'd like to have another extension to try before loose call.
Another way could be return to IVR prompt to try some other option

Now you lose the call, the request is to avoid losing the call. I hope they implement it.
There is no reason to lose the call in the existing system. If dialing to an extension, you can set up voice mail or call forward no answer to go to any other destination. I assume the same issue exists if an internal extension dials the same extension and it is not answered.
If to a Queue or ring group, there is a final destination that can be set.
The IVR delivered the call to the requested destination, so it has passed the call control on, it is up to you to determine the conditions to employ for that destination based upon the rules for the conditions - No answer, busy or always if a user extension and to a different destination if a Q, IVR or other destination.
I agree that it might be a nice function, but one might also argue that it would be confusing to a caller to request a specific destination only to hear some rings and then be answered again by the very same greeting that was used to request the destination in the first place. They may not know what to do other than to make the same request again...only to loop back again.
No, the request is only for external calls.

As stated, I agree it might be a nice function. In the meantime, that function does not exist and I was attempting to provide guidance on what can be done in the "existing" system. Perhaps you already know, perhaps not.
I am not being argumentative, but a solution has to be considered from all points of view as some may want the IVR to get to a user's VM and not loop back as you want. Some may want to have some extensions loop back and others go to VM. This is not determined by the IVR, but rather the extension settings and then there is the added complexity of knowing what is an internal call versus an external call. The S- PBX does not currently possess this capability either (although I do know of a couple that do).
What you seek is somewhat like the Park function where if a call is answered and placed on Park, the call will rebound to the extension that placed the call into park if it was not picked up in a certain period.
I support the idea you propose. It simply adds more flexibility. It's up to Yeastar to implement however, and I suspect it may be some time before (if ever) it comes to market.

You are telling me that I can set queues as IVR failover?
There is no reason to apologize. I suggest you use a ring group or queue as options for the IVR, even if you have only one member (Option 1 - Destination QUEUE-xxx or RING GROUP xxx), so that the call can be handled with a timer and a failover option. Even the queue can reproduce periodic messages, position in queue, and estimated answer time. Sorry for my English, I hope you have understood, otherwise we will continue contributing.
There are some kinds of solution to achieve your goal. But in Yeastar I think there is no general option in system setting or IVR settings.
Assuming you dial an extension, if the extension no answered. The call would usually enters to the voicemail.
Then you can dial 0 during the voicemail meun to return IVR.
Or Like Lea said, you can setup the failover in Queue, RingGroup or so...
