Forwarding Calls After Hours

Good day,

I would like to know if someone can assist me.

I have a MyPBX PABX system from Yealink. When I set up call forwarding through the web interface and click apply changes, the phone accepted the changes. I then went to onto the settings of the phone itself and changed the "Always Forward" feature to on to receive calls after hours. 

The feature was working for a while but now this morning when I walked into the office, we cannot receive incoming calls from any cell phone number but can only dial out. I then went on to the phone and switched the feature "Always forward" off and then went I phoned the office line and the call came through.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
