Divert to mobile and back to pbx extension voicemail when not answered

Heya,

 

PBX: Yeastar Cloud PBX version 81.8.0.39

Trunk type: SIP Trunk Registered

 

Situation:

A client wants his phone, extension 100, (call forwarding configured as always to a mobile number) diverted to a mobile and when not answered the caller would hear the voicemail message of extension 100 and leave a voicemail in extension 100, not on his mobile.

Is this possible? Can this be done with the cloud PBX my client has at the moment?
