CLI on incoming calls

Hi All

Using a FXO trunk i'm getting ; in the middle of the number on 10% of the calls on all four trunks eg: x787x;664xxx

Any help would be great :)

Hi Michael, did you try to connect the line with analog phone to see if it has the same issue. This is to check if it is the line issue or not.

Yeah we put a analog on yesterday and did see any ; come in on CLI!

If the analog phone could work with the fxo line normally, it might be the issue related to the signalling detection of the device you use. Which model of Yeastar device you are using now? And in case the hardware detective issue, you might try other fxo module for testing.
