We have just bought a TB400 gateway. We have made the necessary configurations. Outgoing calls go perfectly but we have a problem with incoming calls. Calls pass but or after three minutes nothing happens when you restart the call.
Can you help me solve the problem?
What do you mean by "restart the call"?
I found the related document on BRI, you might try to get the log and send to Yeastar Support.

I am having the same issue with incoming calls. Rang support in UK but even they couldn't figure out. I will try Graham idea.
