hi what do you mean doesn't work? Call Failure or web failure or something else.
And do you use the latest firmware?
I have the same problem.
TG100 device, HW Version V2.20, firmware 51.18.12.51.
Every 3-4 days the VoIP line selection in WEB interface stops working
It displayed:
502 bad gateway
The CGI was not CGI / 1.1 compliant
I have set up a daily gateway reboot via linux server.
But now, after 5 days, I can't even connect to the device via the WEB interface.
After entering the username and password, a blank screen is displayed.
At the same time, the device itself works, it accepts incoming and outgoing calls.
But the WEB interface does not work completely.
Only a full reset and restore of settings from a backup helps me.
TG100w 51.18.0.50 V2.20. Randomly stops working within a month. Not loggin WEB (incorrect user and password) and not logging ssh , root ys123456 acces denied. After physical reboot tg100 is dead before factory reset.
TG100 Hardware Version: V2.20 0000-0000 Firmware Version: 51.18.0.50. We have similar issue as Alex - stops responding within a month. After reboot only ICMP response is available - no web, no API, no SSH. There is the only working solution to do factory reset and restore from backup.
