When creating a new extension the system tries to use the extension next in line. If you don't want that extension and select your own, the password for the voicemail and default user password (Pass+extension) is not changed to reflect the custom selected extension. Could this be changed to automatically modify the two passwords before saving?

Simon Brazeau Sorry I will try to explain better.
We are adding a new phone to our system so we want to create a new extension. In the web GUI we go to extension and click on Add. The system will automatically populate most fields to the next available free extension, in my case 104. We use extensions in the range of 100 to 999. Each departments have different ranges, department 1 uses 100, department 2 uses 200, etc.
The issue arises when we add a new extension (we want 408) and we select "Add" the system automatically populates most input boxes with 104, voicemail password 104, and i suspect the user password to "Pass104". I manually change the Extension, Caller ID, Registration Name, Caller ID name. I forgot to change the voicemail password and user password before saving the last handful of extensions and now I dont know what they are and have to manually go reset them one at a time.
I think the user password and voicemail password should automatically reflect the extension being added when clicking on the save button. If you use the default suggested extension the system populates, you are ok, but if you select to use a different one, it doesn't change the default password that it was going to use for the passwords.
