I have registered sip account 1001 on my Pc via Linkus desktop and registered same sip account 1001 on a Yealink telephone set. Is it possible to dial a number from my Linkus on the PC and use the Yealink phone to talk. That is I want the Linkus and the telephone set to work at the same time.

Riddhe M I think you talk about the CTI feature. Pick one number on the phonebook or dial from Linkus, and use the IP phone to talk.

Jamadis I"m not using any third party software. only Linkus and Yealink phone.

Jamadis, just like Riddhe mentioned, I think you are talking about a CTI feature.
May I know the reason you want to use Physical phone to talk? Linkus suuports to talk directly.

Jamadis Because i was using an Alcatel phone 4038 for the operator and i could not update the directory on that phone. So when making an internal call i cant search in the directory neither see the name on the display . That why i wanted to dial from the pc as with Linkus all the extensions names are there.

Nico Lots of customers are waiting for the CTI feature in LINKUS. On the presentation from last year it was on the roadmap for Q4 2018. It would be great if it will be implemented soon.
