dear all ;

how we can uninstall or downgrade the firmware for Yeastar s20 to oldest version ?

  Why you want or need to do this is a question, but you will need to read all the release notes to see if there are any limitations that prevent downgrading. In some cases, an upgrade may alter the internal memory partitions or other settings that once done, cannot be undone.  As a result, the device may only be able to go back to a certain version and not all the way. 

  To upgrade, you will need the firmware file and then get into the S20 and then maintenance and then manual upgrade. You will then tell the S20 where the file is located and execute the upgrade.

  As I know Yeastar only has the upgrade option web. It can used as downgrade as well. But as Larry said, downgrade is good option in common.

  As Riddhe mentioned there is upgrade option web which could also as downgrade. Regarding to the oldest firmware, I can not find it on offiical web site. You may consult with Yeastar Support for the firmware you want.
