I have a customer who deleted a message and needs it back. For one how do you undelete a message in your mailbox. and how long does it remain after you delete the message. Where are the setting in the S-20 Please help Thanks

Larry Neblett As far as I know, once deleted, it is deleted.
The option to undelete is available during the same call when in voicemail and the message is deleted (7). You can press 7 again and the VM deletion will be reversed.
You might submit a ticket and see if YS Support has addition insight.
