If an agent is a member of multiple queues, calls from higher-weight queues are connected first. For example, you might give an emergency queue higher weight.

But in normal scenario, each queue has several agents, even if an agent is a member of multiple queues, the posssibility that a call from different queues reach the same agent is small.
May I know if an agent will be in multiple queues in your scenario? -

Yes in a customer support scenario, each agent is a member of multiple queues and therefore when an agent is freed, the system must assign him the call that has more priority than the others. For example the call of the customer who has an assistance contract or the emergency call.
