Can you please develop a feature of callback, to be able for automatically to retrieve call when other extension is a no answer after some time, let's say 10 seconds.
So for example extension A receives a call. Extension A then transfer the call to extension B using blind transfer. After 10 seconds, extension B is not answering the call so the call should return to extension A.

But we want same options for Blind Transfer.

Hi Poderska,
Blind transfer and attended transfer is used in different use scenario.
If you perform a blind transfer, your call will be ended after you transfer the call regardless C receive the call or not.
If you need callback, I suggest that you could use attended transfer.
