Hello! Please send this settings.
There is no universal setting that anyone can provide. You have to create the settings in the NAS first and then tell the PBX what or how to connect.
You have to get into the NAS and then create a share folder which will presumably have a login name and password associated to it.
Once done, you then have to get into the PBX and tell it what IP the NAs has, the folder name you created, the login and password and then set the workgroup if one was used for the network and finally what version of SMB the NAS expects.
Thx!
We use a Synology to store our call recordings. Simply set up a share in the control panel of your Synology NAS - Create a user for the Synology then simply go into your PBX and path the network location to your PBX. Was fairly straight forward but let me know if you get stuck on anything I can assist.
Hello. I did create a user and gave it access to the shared on my Synology. I can access the share from Windows explorer, but when I try to map it from the Yeastar it says : The Network Drive failed to be mounted. Reason: Incorrect Password.
It says the same thing for all the users I try to connect with. Any tips ?
Hello,
I have the same problem, I solved with setting SAMBA to version 1 on the Yeastar PBX.
I'm sorry for my english.
