I have issue with TG100.
I want to config for api send sms gateway from Radius manager.
I have tested with this method: https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-us/articles/217392758-How-to-Use-TG-SMS-API
Problem is TG100 nothing respond in same network.
Witch is the problem?

Does you Radius Manager support connect by TCP?
You might try to use a Telnet client to test first.
My problem is the TG100 modem hang and not able to.send sms using the web
Api. This happen randamly and we try installing power switch to let it re start
Every day. We also hv done the script to auto reboot the modem but the issue still
Not solve. Why we said the modem hang is because once restart all the pending
Sms can send out. I need a permanent solution asap. Appreciate any one have
