Firmware Version: 30.10.0.59
After upgrade to 30.10.0.59 I noticed a very poor voice quality on conference.
The voice is distorted, broken and choppy.
The problem appears only when we are using conference, after selecting the conference number and entering the PIN code.
Other SIP trunks works good. Sound is perfect.
Codecs checked
No problem with Internet Connection
No problem with router
Settings checked with our provider
Firewall rules checked
Any ideas ?
Do you use the S50's conference feature? What kind of phone you are using? If you are using an IP phone, did you ever try adjust the codec that the phone is using?

Yes we are using S50 conference feature. Phones are Yealink T27G & Cisco SPA502g.
Codecs are set to G.711. We checked other codecs but the problem still remains.
Broken and choppy is usually an indication of jitter.
When you report that the SIP trunk sounds great, it is likely being checked when only one call is in progress. You did not state how many attendees are in the conference call nor if the issue is heard by only in one direction and if by all, remote only or internal attendees.
You should be able to do a network capture which will capture the data packets as they arrive at the PBX. This will indicate if the issue is related to the incoming data stream before codec are involved. If this shows OK, then a capture at one of the phones will be needed.
