Is it possible to add shorter times on the AutoCLIP "Recorded Keep Time" listbox for S Series PBX?
I'd like to be able to choose 1 hour if possible.

The current shortest record keep time is 8 hours.
May I know why you need shorter record keep time, for example 1 hour?
Please describe your use scenario more detail.
Hi Amber,
our use scenario is:
1) Our user calls an external number that is unavailable
2) The user is likely to stay at his extension for 1 hour, but he may go away later
3) If the external number calls back after more than 1 hour, it is redirected to the original caller that may have gone away, so it cannot find anyone (we choose to overflow the call to a voicemail)
I hope to have clarified the situation and I think it is quite an easy feature to modify.
