Forward to Ring group without Key press

Dear Yeastar

I'm glad if you can implement a new option and maybe i can name is as Forward, let say i need when somebody call in, it will start with greeting 'Thank you for calling, your call will forward to our representative --> jump to Ring Group, i think this simple option similar to destination to prompt and i beleive isnt support yet

  The IVR might help accomplish this goal.

  Setup an IVR like this:

  Upload and select prompt of "Thank you for calling, your call will forward to our representative"

  • Prompt Repeat Count: 1
  • Response timeout: 1
  • Digit Timeout: 3
  • Other options should be unchecked.

  

  Configure the timeout key event.
