S50 & provisioning "Dial Now" for Yealink T-42S phones

Hi All,

I'm setting up my first ever Yeastar for my office at work. I've used the Yealink phones for about 7 years now.

I've configured a custom template for the the T-42S phones which is working great. My issue getting the Yeastar to provision the 'Dial Now' functionality of the Yealink phones.

I have tried uploading a 'dialnow.xml' file to the pbx, but that didn't work. I also tried putting DialNow entries in the custom template, but I couldn't get that to work either.

Has anyone else managed to do this successfully? 

(it's only 11 phones, but 10 DialNow entries needed on each phone)

  have you tried the custom template > other  tab feature?

  It allows you to enter custom parameter, then apply it to your custom template.

  Riddhe - yes I tried that, but gave up trying to get it working that way too.

  I think the customer template has corrupted, as it's now showing weird characters in the 'Other' box....

   

  Larry - thanks for the offer, but I've entered the settings manually as I needed to get them out and into testing with users.

  It seems a bug, I saw the similar issue on this post: https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360028792994 

  I think you can seek support form Yeastar team. Or wait for their fix.
