Divert to mobile phone automatically

Hi everyone,

I don't know if this is possible with Cloud PBX. I'm just saying it out loud since one of our clients asked for it. 

Is it possible to divert calls to a mobile phone when there is a network failure? My client needs it as a failover solution.

Because at the moment, I can only do it manually from the inbound route and direct it to a phantom extension that is configured to transfer calls always to a mobile number.
