What should I post?

Basically it is recommended to offer the details about your post.

# Issue

It could include the following aspects:

1. Issue description

  • Firmware version
  • Model
  • Issue detail

2. Logging

Firstly, you could learn how to get the logs for Yeastar products. When you post the issue, you could post the logs as well. 


(You might use Google Drive, WeTransfer or other cloud disk,  to share the log download links)

The frequently required logs:

System Log for S-Series: How to Get System Log

Asterisk CLI Log for U-Series: How to Capture Asterisk CLI logs for Yeastar Devices
