Seems like after about 3 minutes outbound calls are terminated. I made sure to delete any restrictions on the outbound restrictions tab under call control, however, its still occuring.

What kind of trunk?
Look at General settings, max call duration. You may need to do a Ethernet capture to get more detail.

Trunk is 4 FXO's. and one sip.us as backup.
It's better to confirm which trunk is having the issue to narrow the reasons. The system log enable with SIP debug level would be nice to help analyze the issue.
Also you might share the how is going with the Yeastar support.

Just as an update, I discovered that I am only dopping calls on the FXO ports not on the Sip.us trunk. and its always at about the 2-3 minute mark.
update: I was able to solve the issue with tech support.
