My problem is simple.....when i try to make a call from an extension registered in CISCO CUCM to any phone using the TG800 i have always busy tone... i dont know why..
But here is something strange....my extension is an ip phone that is working in one subnet....when i register the phone to the same CUCM but using in the phone an IP address that is in a diferent subnet the call IS NOT BUSY...IT WORKS
Is there any black list???

I think the question is more of which device is communicating to the TG?
My understanding is that you have a phone which is connected to the CUCM. So far they and the TG are all on the same subnet. Any call made is from the phone to the CUCM and then to the TG correct?
Now then the scenario is the same with the exception that you change the subnet to the phone, but it still connects to the CUCM which in turn delivers the call to the TG.
The point I am trying to make is that the phone is not connecting or communicating with the TG, but rather to the CUCM and then the CUCM is setting up the call with the TG. The audio may be direct between the phone and TG, but the call setup and breakdown is with the CUCM.
I think the only way to get to the bottom of this is to do a network capture (not syslog, but packet capture) of a call when all are on the same subnet and then a call when the phone is on a different subnet. Ideally, the capture would be taken from the CUCM so we can see both sides of the messaging.

the scenario is like this...the TG in one subnet (subnet 1) , the CUCM and the phone is in another subnet (Subnet 2)........my point is when i try to make a phone call using the TG it always gives me busy tone.....the strange situation is when register a phone from another subnet ( subnet 3) to the CUCM (that is subnet 2)....i try to make a call using the TG (in subnet 1) and it works

Again, a capture made at the CUCM might help. I cannot address the problem only knowing that you have different subnets as I suppose it could be an outbound route issue as apparently the 2nd phone in the other subnet (3) is also a different extension. Again, the CUCM is the one communicating directly with the TG, not the phones so I need to see what is different in the messaging to provide insight as to where the problem lies. I need a capture from each phone (bad and good). I assume you can call the phone from subnet 1 to the phone in subnet 3 and vice cersa and they both ring and you can talk to one another?
It's better to offer the logs (pcap dump and asterisk cli log)so that others could help check the issue.
