ANACOMM SYSTEMS - Andrew Waddle I am trying to sell a new S20 system to this customer and he has been looking at systems that do it and he wants to be able to click to dial if he is on a website. This is a feature I now get requested of and customer like.

Larry Neblett There are a number of systems on the market that have an app that integrates with their phone system that when installed on your local desktop system, and depending on the browser being used, that will attempt to identify what it perceives as being a valid dial string such that it will allow a user to click on it and the phone system will dial the number without further user intervention. It becomes especially handy for those that might have a web based CRM where no integration for journaling, call-pops and the like exists, but as the dial string presented from within the CRM meets the dial string criteria, the app will identify it and allow the click to dial functionality.
The issue is that most of these systems are quite a bit more expensive than the S PBX.
There are a number of 3rd party Asterisk integrators and a Google search may reveal one that already has an app that may be something that already works with the S platform or possibly something they may be enticed to do.
Good luck.
