Hi there,

is it posibile, that the S20 display a caller-id when i listen the voicemail?

  Yeastar allows you to check the voicemail and see the caller id via web.

  Extension users can log in the PBX web page to check their own voicemails.

  • User name: The extension user's email address.
  • Password: The extension's User Password.

  Yes, that's right.

   

  But you can't see the caller-id at your phone, that's what i mean...

  Hi Wolfgang,

  You have 2 ways to know who leave the message.

  The first method, you can login in Linkus, click 'Voicemail' to read messages, in this page you can know who leave the mesage and play the message.

  The second method, you can check the 'Announce Mesaage Caller ID', so that you can hear the caller id who left the message at your phone.

  

  May I know if the two solution can meet your need?
