Hello, I've yaestar S20 with 3 SIP accounts and 1 Extension. as we give a service for 3 products we need to know for which number the client are calling. for That I would like show on the phone screen the number or name which the client are calling and not the number from the client. is it possible? example: Client call to 00123456 and on the phone it shows calling 00123456

  While the re-naming of a call is somewhat limited in the current iteration of the PBX, you can look at the advanced tab of the SIP trunk and then the DID and DNIS section. Here you can associated a name to each of the DIDs that are attached to the trunk.

  They also support distinctive ring tones for inbound routes which may help further the identification process.
