I just upgraded the TG400 from version 2 to version 3. but after the system upgrade it can't be used even for a factory reset. how is the solution to overcome it. thank you

Graham Aker the firwamre for TGv2 may not suitable for TGv3
Here is the note on Yeastar official website https://www.yeastar.com/firmware-download/
Important: before using the TG V3 firmware 91.2.0.4 to upgrade, please make sure your TG gateway’s firmware version is 91.X.X.X or its SN starts with 331; using this firmware on a non-V3 gateway will result in system crash.

what should be done if it is already updated and the gsm does not respond -
nilesh pawar I am using this product "yeastar TG400", I was select the wrong firmware version to upgrade my device and proceed for an upgrade,
currently, the device is not accessible on its default IP address '192.168.5.150'. Device system it got crash while upgrade.
on the device, the front panels all led light turn on. (Refer attached screenshot)
as per your suggestion device should accessible upgrade the device. let me know how to do i access device dashboard after a crash.
is there any way I can flash stock firmware in this scenario.
This is very important for us, the device should get the live and working condition.
