S20 outbound calls don't show Extension number

Hi, I have a Yeastar S20 with Grandstream GXP2160 phones.

Outbound calls show main number with "0" on the end.

How do I get it to show the Extension number?

  Mostly, it could be the issue on provider side.

  Sorry, but cannot answer as you failed to mention how your calls are handled - SIP, analog, PRI, etc> we also need to understand your locale as different countries and providers handle CID differently.
