Outbound call issue

Hi All,

Testing my first Yeastar S20, have a Yealink T41 registered and a SIP trunk registered. I can receive calls directly to the extension but outbound calls are failing. Keep getting an error Q850 call = 21.

 

Any ideas?

  The provider rejected your call. 

   

  There is something in the INVITE that the provider does not like and therefore will not allow the call to progress. Assuming a register trunk, you will need to check your settings and see if they are correct. You may also be able to call them and they should be able to tell you where the error lies.

  Sorted, added the SIP trunk username to the From User field and started working.
