In yeastar S-series How to hit 3rd party sms api on call hangup?

Hi,

we have a requirement where we need to send a Thanks sms to caller on every call hangup.....For sms we will use Http based sms api .we want when call hangup s-series should send thankyou sms on caller number...anyone knows how we can do in yeastar.
