I recently setup a TB400 with a grandstream UCM6204, the BRI port is configured as BRI-CPE, i created SIP account for connection with my UCM, link fine but all incoming call are dropped after 120 s. can you please help me figure out.

I assume the provider gave some generic setup instructions for the signaling?
You should go to Maintenance, Troublshooting and Ethernet Capture and do a capture of an incoming call and let the capture run until the call drops.
You can then use wirehark to examine the data exchange and see which device killed the call.
The key is to understand which device is causing the call to drop and perhaps why.
