Oscar Colka If you are not using Yeastar Linkus Cloud Service, here are the ports using for Linkus:
Q7: How to make Linkus work in an external network?
A: To make Linkus work in an external network, you need to forward the following ports in your router:
- Linkus service port: UDP 8111 (default)
- SIP UDP port: UDP 5060 (default)
- RTP ports: UDP 10000-12000 (default)
You also need to configure NAT settings in S-Series IPPBX to ensure the normal call for remote extensions. Log in Yeastar S-Series IPPBX web user interface, go to “Settings > PBX > General > SIP > NAT”, and configure NAT according to your network environment.

smartcard Hello Oscar, thanks for the details.
We are using Yeastar Linkus Cloud Service, in this case what will be the port and IP?

Oscar Colka For Linkus Cloud Service, it depends on each device. If you have took their online training course, Yeastar traininer may mention these terms: Addressing Server, Forwarding server and so on.
If you go through the PBX and Linkus network pcap logs, you would also be able to find out Yeastar are using proxy technology, to establish the communication between the Linkus and the PBX.
In simple words, the Linkus and PBX talk to "addressing server" first, and the "addresssing server" will tell how Linkus and PBX should communicate. So the address and port depends on which location you are and what kind of NAT your device is behind.
Do you have any problems with your LCS?
