I have Grandstream 6100 series UCM at my office. As we are opening our new office, and we already purchase Yeastar S50 PBX. I don't know how to connect both PBX for smooth running the business.

There is no issue in connecting the two. If possible, use a VPN between the sites and then setup peer trunks along with the inbound and outbound rules for both sides.
You can see how some other makes are connected which will be somewhat the same for the UCM.
Dear Larry,
If both PABX can connect via VPN, then whats the use of connecting through trunk.
If I'm connecting both PABX with register trunk, then I need to open the port in internet world. As the both PABX is behind the router & service provider doesn't provide static IP's, need to go with DDNS setting. I have doubt about DDNS settings.
Correct me if I wrong.

A trunk and VPN have nothing in common.
A VPN is an encrypted tunnel that is used to carry data between points.
A trunk is used to connect SIP enabled devices that allow for the exchange of messages to allow telephone calls. Examples of this are when connecting providers to the PBX or inter-connecting PBXs.
You can have an IPsec VPN (or other) between Point A and Point B and thru that VPN the trunk data (messaging) can be transported. The VPN averts any firewall concerns as the data is sent thru the tunnel which does not require port forwarding.
If you intend to have SIP providers at both sites, then yes, port forwarding will be needed for those trunk connections, but not for the VPN connection.
Using a dynamic IP does complicate matters as there is no guarantee that an IP as seen now will be the same 5 minutes from now. Additionally, you may not be able to use a VPN as the VPN endpoints may not allow the use of a FQDN. It depends on the router. You might be able to use the OpenVPN server of the S PBX to connect to the UCM OpenVPN client. I use site-to-site IPSec VPNs.
A key item to consider is the router selection used at both sites and insure that they are commercial based and not residential as most residential routers focus on gaming and Wi-FI.
The choice of using a peer or register trunk is yours to make with regard to inter-connecting the PBXs.
