With Linkus there are no Contacts available. The LDAP Server cannot be automatically synced because the access is forbidden by Yeastar. This means that LDAP has to be updated manually.
The CRM-Integration with Google Contacts would be a nice solution but does not work at all. This means that I have to copy my telephone numbers manually and paste them in Linkus in order to make calls.
Any kind of professional contact management would be appreciated. Many thanks.

May I know do you use PBX's LDAP server or have your own LDAP server ?
In Linkus Desktop you offer a CRM-Integration with Google Contacts (unfortunately we do not use Outlook, Salesforce nor Dynamics 365). This plugin accepts the autorization code from Google but nothing happens. So (in my opinion) you "only" have to fix it. Hence I can use all my Gmail addresses in Linkus on my mobile but not an my Desktop.
I contacted your support and they told me that Yeastar does not allow any access to your LDAP Server from the outside. We use a professional database and could manage all data on your LDAP server easily. The problem is that any changes to the contact data has to be updated manually. Not a good idea ;-)
In our company each employee has an own Gmail account and we sync all relevant Business Contacts specifically for each employee (very high comfort). They could use it with Linkus Mobile but cannot with Desktop Linkus. Because they have to copy/paste the telephone numbers manually they do not use Linkus on a regular base but Zoiper instead.
Maybe I have understood something wrong and you could tell me an easy trick how I could provide the addresses on Linkus Desktop. Many thanks and have a good day, Patrik
