yealink SIP-T38G unable to register

hi i have a Yealink SIP-T38G when i try to setup the SIP account and register on my Yeastar S20 i get the message "
Register Failed "
Version phone yealink T38G
Firmware Version 38.70.1.33
Hardware Version 21.2.3.160.0.0.0
can you help me?

extension exist and id and password is correct.

Hi, please close post now my T38G work on my Yeastart S20 correct.

Check Firewall on S20 and delete ban ip entry for yeastar phone (in my case)
