I am trying to connect yeastar s50 with my Panasonic Ns300 PBX with SIP trunk.
I have assigned server ip address, user name and password in both pbx.
Still not successful.
Anyone can help me?

There is a lot of info missing here. Are the two pbx systems at the same site, on the same LAN or remote from one another? If remote is there a VPN or simply over open Interrnet? Can you ping both? Are either IP of the other PBX blacklisted?
As your are trying to use a register trunk, have you taken a packet capture from both ends to see if the messaging is getting thru and if so which side is rejecting the requests? Are there any error messages?
The lack of any details makes it impossible to know what issues are at hand and how to possibly solve.
