One touch recording pickup call does not recording

Hi

S20 30.10.0.9 ver, sd card

When incoming call ringing on ext 300,

Ext 302 pickup the call, and click *1 to recording the call.

the call does not recording

Let it be clearer
one touch recording Works well in a call directly to an extension 302 for example, or to an outbound call from the extension 302 ,
There is no recording only when 302 pickup the incoming call from extension 300
