Add LDAP to the Auto provisioning of the Aastra and Mitel phones

Please add the configuration of the LDAP settings to Mitel and Aastra phones to Auto Provisioning.

There is no way to configure LDAP in the IP-phones webinterface of Aastra and Mitel manually. The ip-phones need to get this info via Auto Provisioning.

So, please add this to the Auto provisioning as soon as possible.
