Hi,
is there a way to use one voicemail box for multiple extensions?
As of now it looks like you can use only a 1:1 relation of mailbox to extension. If I remember correct the underlying asterisk allows free voicemail mappings to extensions.

I am not certain that I fully understand the question, but I think you may be asking about a group voice mail.
if so, perhaps this will help:

Hi Larry,
thank you for coming back to my question so quickly.
Your reference is kind of the direction, maybe I describe the plot a little more precise. The use case is actually quite simple :-)
Let's assume we have a small business or a private household. There is one external line with a single number associated with. Internally we have say five extensions with a dedicated phone behind. There should be one voicemail box that gets hit if an external call is not answered in time. All internal extension should get a MWI message waiting indication and be able to check the single voicemail box.
What I have so far is inbound ringgroup that drops calls to the voicebox after certain timeout. The voicebox is tied to one of the internal extension, that of course gets and MWI. However the S20 does not foresee to tie the other four extension to exactly the same voicebox and thus get an MWI as well.
You see the point? I am lacking the possibility to assign voicebox of extension 1000 to extensions 1001-1004 as well.
But maybe I am thinking in the wrong direction and there are more elegant (or other) ways to achieve this?

Group voicemail is exactly what you need, it's just a pity it's not available via the gui and it needs to be customised which isn't really sustainable across a large estate of yeastar pbx's
