I use a Sipgate trunk with 10 numbers (-0 to -9). Outbound, the -0 is always sent. Where can I adjust which extension with which extension appears?

  Did you ever try setup DOD on SIP trunk settings page?

  The entry of the number must be in the field "DOD Name". The entry in the "DOD Number" field has no meaning.
