I have Yeastar S20, there are 5 numbers for 5 offices but I only have 1 phone.
then how do I manage so I know that there is an incoming call for office 1,2,3, .......
because I tried a number of ways when the incoming call that came out was still a number not named the office.

If you are using SIP trunk, see below screenshot:
how many limits DNIS in S series?
It would help to know how the call arrives - SIP, PSTN, etc.
You might e able to use the DID settings under VoIP trunks, Advanced or you can change the ring tone on the inbound routes. One issue that might arise is the callerID may not be seen or it may be compacted.
