BLF Monitoring for calls waiting in CALL QUEUE

Hi,

It would be great to get a BLF status on calls waiting in the CALL QUEUE.

And it would be even better if any extension, whether logged in or not, could be able to PICKUP calls waiting in QUEUE via a simple group pickup code.
