I am facing trouble with Linkus app in Iphone as when the physical extensions are called from linkus on Iphone there is no audio. It is flawless and working perfectly fine on android devices without changing any configurations and audio is crisp.
Kindly fix the iPhone bug as most users are Iphone in our organisation.
If possible please give alternative free softphone app to work on Iphone as you keep improving linkus.

In most cases, no audio issues are caused by NAT(firewall), I have my Linkus on iPhone and it works fine. So I doubt this is a bug.
What is your S PBX version and your Linkus version?
By the way, Yeastar launch a new servcie named LCS (Linkus Cloud Service), I would suggest you to try, it is perfect solution in my opionion. : )
I am using Yeastar S300, please find attached image of my NAT settings. But I am wondering even if it is the NAT settings why is it working on android smoothly? Unfortunately we have invested in this device and can not consider to use LCS as this device purchased should be able to support Linkus.

Find attached image of other linkus settings. The yeastar s300 is using latest firmware and linkus also is latest update. the Iphone is also using the latest updated linkus app.
Do you know how to capture pcap logs for the no audio calls? Also the calls has audio. You can try compare the two calls and check if there is any difference.
By the way, which country are you in? Not sure if this is related to the iPhone in specific countries.
