i just want to ask about our yeastar U100 MYPBX, the problem is that we had 3 branches but the one is unreachable status to our PBX and the rest are okay.what is the possible problem of this error?

Can you get ping response from the unreachable PBX? Have you open SIP ports on that unreachable PBX?
we cannot ping and it appears request timed out
Is there any kind of Firewall before the unreachable PBX? If so, I would suggest you to check the firewall settings and allow other site to access the PBX.
How was it connected, VPN between sites, open Internet? Is the PBX behind a router? Are all sites using static public IPs. If not could one of them have changed?
there's a firewall in the router should we disabled this?the trunk status of our PBX is okay and we can call them but the status trunk of their PBX is unreachable thats why they can't call us.
